Magnesium
Magnesium is a VERY important mineral that MANY are deficient in. It is involved in numerous processes including digestion and elimination. It is also very relaxing and calming. Stress is known to be a factor in constipation and digestive issues. Magnesium is the premier destress mineral. It is contained in fair amounts in the good bacteria fuel powder and it can be obtained through food but MANY do not get enough from diet alone.

Zinc
