Step 1 - Get Chocolate (Preferably Dark Chocolate For Best Effect). Green Tea Or Black Coffee May Also Work As Long As It Brings You Toward A Sense Of Alert Relaxation.
Chocolate Is not required to let go (you can use the process with or without it) but it can be a powerful aid to letting go. It can help you to gain emotional leverage over the feeling you’re trying to allow and let go. The other options, green tea or black coffee, may also support the process in this way for certain people.
The first video says the word worry to reference the feeling but you can use the process for any emotion you like. For example: fear, sadness, shame, guilt, overwhelm, embarrassment, anger, jealousy, etc.
