But how? This is the interesting part. You can release the fear. The only one holding onto it is you. However, to make things a bit more confusing, this holding on is largely done subconsciously. It’s under the surface. You may not be consciously choosing to hold the feeling, but at one level, that’s what you’re doing.
Here’s the good part about knowing that. You can solve it. To release a feeling, you simply have to bring it up in the mind and allow it to be as it is. Bringing it up draws it out of the subconscious into the conscious. From there, it can be dropped. Why hold onto it? What good is it doing you? Keeping you feeling limited? Let it go.
