Blissful meditation is absolutely natural when you let go of the stressful feelings blocking you from experiencing it. Coffee or chocolate (especially black coffee and dark chocolate) can act as catalysts to the allowing/letting go mindset plus temporarily improve your focus. You can take this uplifted and zoned in mindset and use it toward releasing feelings, which leads to a more meditative mindset. This makes meditation easy and very powerful. Rather than try to block out thoughts, you let go of the underlying feelings and “fall into” effortless, blissful meditation. Eventually, you may find yourself meditating at will without priming it by releasing because you’ve let go of enough feelings to instill such a state. You might even find a cup of coffee subtly sending you into deep, transcending blissful meditation without effort.
