Now, with that higher state, direct your mind toward the lower feeling
Notice the feeling of worry that you have
The chocolate may make the feeling seem less heavy, but see if you can bring up what is there under the surface
If you’ve managed to suppress it and don’t feel it strongly, see if you can bring it up a little more.
Think about whatever it is that causes the feeling to emerge
Now, notice the feeling itself as an emotional energy. Zone in on just the feeling itself
Where do you feel it?
See if you can allow the feeling to be without trying to change it at all. Let it exist and feel it in this moment
If it starts to move, let it release. Focus on it with acceptance and carry it all the way to completion
Continue to feel and release
Feel, notice, allow, and let it release even more
Open up to it even more and embrace the emotional energy so that it can leave. Choose to feel it so that it releases
Is it still there at all?
If so, you are resisting the feeling in some way
See if you could simply say YES to the feeling
You can say YES internally or externally
Continue noticing the feeling as it is, be aware of it, and say YES to it.
If it’s still there, you’re still saying NO to it on some level
Go into the feeling as best you can and say YES.
Say YES to it some more.
Has it shifted?
