Patterns often keep us feeling stuck. We might know that we “should” change something but there is something that keeps drawing us back. How do we overcome this?
Luckily there are many ways. It is a highly empowering action to overcome patterns. By doing this, you become more in line with your true self. YOU are not just a combination of various beliefs and habits. You are something much more than that, though your habitual ways of living might appear to overshadow the true you sometimes.

Then use tools to help you get there and feel that way more consistently

By eating in a way that empowers you, that vision of yourself that you can sense as a possibility can be more easily obtained. For many people, this is likely to be a diet high in raw fruits and vegetables.
