Anxiety Pen
Anxiety Pens are a new concept that many are turning to when stress occurs.
While there are many varieties, they are used to help reduce and cope with stress in an easy, portable fashion.
Many include the calming supplement CBD or stress relieving herbs such as
chamomile or lavender in a vape delivery system. Others include various other components including fidget related gadgets and lights.

While these may be effective and helpful for some people, especially if they are made in a non-toxic way, there are other powerful ways to reduce stress and anxiety that many are unaware of.
The first way is releasing. Releasing is perhaps the most profound way to reduce stress at the deepest levels. When you learn how to do it, it’s like having your own inner anxiety pen wherever you are, whenever you want but much more effective. You can learn it RIGHT NOW by CLICKING HERE.
Herbs are another way to reduce excess stress and anxiety. While not these are not health recommendations and you should certainly get the approval of your healthcare practitioner before trying anything, the following foods and herbs may be worth learning more about.
Motherwort - This calming herb has an affinity to the heart. It is used by many herbalists to help calm a racing heart and clear the mind. Just a couple or a few individual drops of tincture (as opposed to a whole droppersful) per dose may be all that is necessary to help shift one into relaxation.
Lemonbalm - This potently relaxing herb has uplifting and calming qualities. Many herbalists use it for general anxious thinking. Like Motherwort, it also has been used to help calm down a racing heart and instill a sense of balance. Some herbalists think that it helps to tone down thyroid overactivity if it is present, which could be why it can be so useful in anxiety that involves a racing heart. Lemonbalm is thought to be “cooling” and be a powerful aid for “cooling off” an overstimulated, “hot” mind.
Reishi Mushroom - This powerful medicinal mushroom has been used for centuries to help instill a sense of calmness and peace as well as support overall health. Some herbalists find that it seems to even promote the resolution of inner tensions and suppressed emotions during Dreamtime. For these inner work and calming purposes, small doses of just a few individual drops (as opposed to needing an entire droppersful) of Reishi Mushroom fruiting body extract may do the trick. But some may prefer to use more.
Royal Jelly - This powerful superfood is what the Queen Bee is fed to turn into a powerful, multifunctional bee. It is filled with healthy hormonal and neurotransmitter components, as well as B vitamins, which seem to help feed and restore adrenal and brain function among other things. The adrenals are involved with the stress response and their output of stress relieving hormones and neurotransmitters may be limited when they are “weak” due to not being “fed” correctly over a period of time. While there are many great Royal Jelly options, I would consider looking at Royal Power by North American Herb and Spice.
Hawthorn - This cooling, calming herb has an affinity to the heart and circulation. Many herbalists use it to calm the mind and connect the mind more to the heart to bring one into greater balance. It’s cooling qualities may also help to reduce overactive “hot” mental activity. It has also been used by herbalists to help reduce excess histamine, which may help to induce a greater sense of inner balance in individuals where that has been out of balance.
