It simply is based on your will to take appropriate actions, step by step until you get there. Hopefully, you'll find "there" much faster than you'd think. Likely, you can at least experience the inner state that you are after within a day. Just a day... Maybe minutes. But.. before you begin. Are you willing to take small steps forward?
