Food Log: 5/9/2020

First item: Black Dark Roast Coffee. Very good. High vibe antioxidants that seem to support the brain/nervous system among other areas. Often seems to aid in accessing meditative awareness. Something about the antioxidants it seems. Some may not benefit from coffee and caffeine containing products in general. If you don’t feel better or feel worse later in the day, I might stay away from it.

Second Item: 2 big Oranges. Flood the body with sweet calories, nutrients, and hyper hydration.

Third Item: About 15 oz of raw, unpasteurized orange juice.

Fourth Item: 2 big mangoes.

Fifth Item: 1 packet of natural calm ionic magnesium with lime seltzer. If you need more magnesium, this can be ideal and very calming.

I also had another couple cups of black dark coast coffee at different points during the day.

Likely going to have a lot more later on today. Late start and didn’t yet eat all I plan to. Very likely several more oranges and some kind of easy savory raw vegetable entree using a bit of a natural olive oil/vinegar dressing (Likely Bragg bottled dressing) and salt/spices like turmeric and black pepper. Last night I had raw broccoli “rice” mixed with Bragg dressing, salt, pepper, turmeric etc.

Hope you’re doing well. If you’re trying to keep afloat during stressful periods, remember that herbs can be by your side to help you transcend inner suffering. Finding the right ones for you personally can give you much value. If you are unsure as to which herbs to try, getting a consultation is a powerful step in the right direction. Even just using one herb that powerfully supports you can be transformational. It doesn’t have to be complicated. However, determining that herb or several herbs that give you tremendous value can seem daunting. I would love to help you narrow down your choices and land on some key players in your health and spirit evolution. You can book a consultation here.

Whatever direction you go in, you can always slow down and recognize the moment as something spiritual and empowering. This can help to take you out of overthinking.

There are herbs that can support this (depending on the person and their specific needs). Any herb really has the potential to help bring someone’s spirit to the surface and connect more to the moment. However, ones that are generally thought to help calm and connect to the moment include: Cacao, Reishi Mushroom, Lemon Balm, and Valerian (very small doses for Valerian unless used for sleep). There are many others. White Oak Bark seems to ground and calm scattered thinking. At times, some people might find dark roast coffee or green tea to be useful for entering the present moment with clarity and open eyes. Whatever herb you try, use that experience as a time to choose to let go and feel the freedom that you truly are.

Hope everyone is doing well.  If you are struggling with meditation or being free of stress, know that it doesn't have to be so difficult.  It can seem almost effortless.  In fact, at times, and with greater occurrence the more you practice, it can happen automatically with no effort on your part.  All it takes is the will to move forward.  It simply is based on your will to take appropriate actions, step by step until you get there.  Hopefully, you'll find "there" much faster than you'd think.  Likely, you can at least experience the inner state that you are after within a day.  Just a day... Maybe minutes.  But.. before you begin.  Are you willing to take small steps forward?  You may find yourself at the finish line in just a few steps but it may look like it will take a million.  Are you still willing to move forward anyway?  That is the mindset necessary to break free.

The simplest and most effective means that I have found for breaking through the mind into soul/spirit connection is in The Chocolate Emotional Detox.  Not a long e-book but packed with steps to take to move forward within and truly connect.  Easy to learn.  Easy to practice.  Blissful.  The key, though, is action.

Daily action is key to clearing the mind enough so that you can engage in effortless, deep meditation at will.  Are you up to the task?

For those who would like HIGH LEVEL SUPPORT, order one of the services.

Cacao The Expander

11/3/2018

Many herbs have potent emotional qualities that can guide us toward new beginnings.  Cacao is one such food/herb.

It has strong uplifting and expansive qualities that act on the heart to create openings within us for something deeper.  It can aid us in transcending limiting belief structures that may have imprisoned our sense of choice.  With this effect, we can better embark on our path of least resistance and feel more flowing and wondrous.  By uncorking the mind/heart, we can get into that pre-physical space of power and freedom rather than one of dense, concrete fear.  Cacao can act as our pilot toward that inner destination.  Yet, we are ultimately the pilot through and through.  We must be willing to choose to create that opening with the aid of cacao in order for it to help us.  Then, we can facilitate it by doing our best to get out of the way and allow our minds to clear into peace and intuition.  With cacao acting as mental rocket fuel, this experience becomes actionable rather than just something "easier said than done".  Places that some feel only monks can go become attainable to the fairly untrained when we infuse the right herb into the situation.  Once in that place of non attachment, we can go deeper into meditation by focusing on it more strongly and openly.  As we do this more and more, we can begin to know and flow into this space as a way of life in mundane reality with or without the aid of herbal rituals.  We begin to realize that it is more of who we are than the stress-filled reality of mind attachment.  Many of us have a sense that this is true from reading some of the great books on spirituality but experience begins to pave the way for truth to be tattooed on our soul.  You begin to "dip into" this space of expansion without a prompt just because "you are" and "it is".  From this place, you may experience new chess moves in life's twist and turns even if things seemed bleak before.

Diet Balance For Centered Connection And Clarity

5/9/2018

There are many diet ideas out there.  Many of them can perform a specific role and serve a purpose for certain people at certain times.  However, my pull is toward high raw vegan.  This is because of its amazing transformative power.  A key within this ability to transform is its energetic qualities, including enzymes and bio-photons.  These appear to be very powerful catalysts for physical and spiritual improvement.  By increasing these components in our diets, it appears that things happen and we change toward something better.

However, some people try eating a high raw or all raw type of diet and do not feel well at all.  There seem to be easy to fix reasons for at least many of these cases.  This is based on my personal experience and the work of Gabriel Cousens MD, Dr. Robert Morse ND, and Doug Graham DC plus followers of Doug Graham's 80 10 10 diet.

Many people seem to do extraordinarily well, at least for a good period of time, on a fruit-based diet with a lot of raw vegetables and very little raw fatty foods.  Fruit is the supreme hydrator and cleanser plus provides easy to metabolize fuel (simple sugar in the form of fructose as well as its esoteric energetic qualities).  Greens provide important alkaline minerals to bring back more of a grounding balance.  A little nuts, seeds, and avocado adds a bit more satiation and essential nutrients but not in a way that it becomes a very heavy diet. The diet is light and energizing with strong cleansing and clearing attributes.

Still, some people seem to feel less than optimal at some point with this approach.  The interesting thing here is that for some, at least, easing up on the fat and protein restriction seems to remedy it.    Some just add a bit more fat and protein either from raw sources or from things like cooked legumes.  And then the satiation is higher and the energy and performance improves.

Some people do very well and feel balanced eating a very high raw green food diet with a focus on low sugar calorie sources like raw fats and protein.  In this way, green juices and salads/soups become the norm.  The greens seem to aid in energy well beyond their caloric load so though the carbohydrate content is low, it may be more energizing than a cooked carbohydrate diet.  While some feel amazing on this, others feel sluggish with the emphasis on fats/protein and very little sugar.  The raw effect doesn't seem to light them up and they feel like their energy is fading out.  Some even seem to have digestion and skin problems.  Others, though, find their remedy to these issues with this approach so it is individualized.

What you can take away, though, is that raw fruits and greens are the primary cleansers and moves of stagnant fluids.  Fruits, in particular, are very powerful for deep cleaning work and flushing the system.  If someone feels sluggish eating a diet high in low sugar, fatty foods, that person may do well eating a diet more focused on fruits with additional greens.  If someone, though, feels weak or not satiated eating a fruit-based diet and they already tried upping the greens, they may feel more balanced to add in a little more raw fat/protein or even some cooked legumes.  Or, they may want to try eating a lower sugar, green centered diet using fat and protein (raw nuts/seeds, avocados, raw oils like olive oil) as calorie sources beyond the carbohydrates from the greens.  Adding in a little sea salt and/or seaweed like dulse may also be useful for those who feel unbalanced on a sweet-centered approach.

With all of that said, it does seem that a fruit-based approach is more suitable for deeper cleansing of the lymphatic system and helping to restore optimal kidney filtration so that waste products are moved out more effectively and healing and take place at a higher rate.  Know your goals but also consider what you can do to feel more balanced if necessary while still improving your state of well-being.

Fruit For Breakfast

5/8/2018

While some people may not feel compelled to embark on a fruit-centered diet, it is very powerful to at least leave room at the beginning of the day to act as a fruitarian.  This is because fruit (watery, juicy fruits in particular) contain powerful cleansing attributes, which open up stagnant doorways and promote fluid movement.

One key, though, for those that have not yet adapted to eating a lot of fruit all at once is that unwanted blood sugar reactions can be due to adrenal gland weakness.  Therefore, while fruit does contain sugar in its simplest and easily absorbed form (opinion based on the work of Dr. Robert Morse and my own effects with fruit on an empty stomach compared with other carb sources), some people may feel "wobbly" or otherwise not at there best when having any sugar source beyond a certain point.

If this were me, I would take adrenal supporting herbs/herbal formulas to hope to remedy the situation by strengthening the gland most responsible for sugar metabolism.  Of course, the pancreas does deal with transporting sugar into cells but this is specifically glucose and fruit is more fructose-centered.  Dr. Robert Morse has found that fruit may actually require less insulin than even vegetables (small amounts of glucose).  This though, is not in any way a suggestion to stop taking insulin or any other doctor prescribed medication.  That could be disastrous.  Working with your doctor, if you are on medication, is key.

If you feel well with the fruit for breakfast approach, you may also want to try fruit for lunch.  This can greatly accelerate hydration and detoxification as well as lightness of being and overall energy.  This doesn't mean having a snack of fruit for a meal but having enough to feel satisfied and easily not hungry for other foods.  Working up slowly may be necessary.

Fruit is amazing for cleansing and rejuvenating the kidneys and colon.  These are two of the most important areas to heal in order to effectively release build up toxins which weigh down the body and spirit.  Fruit can get that process in motion.  By starting on fruit you continue the cleansing that went on during the 8 or so hours during sleep when various healing processes are underway.

Deleting Mental Boundaries For Greater Work Flow

Clearing the mind of self-imposed boundaries can do wonder for your productivity. Often, we become accostomed to the same perceived-possible-solutions to challenges. If those
don't work, we feel out of input and fear or apathy can set in. This does not have to be the case. Instead, if you allow your own energy to flow without force, you can TAP IN to new choices that may even be easier than the old "run of the mill" behaviors.

To do this, letting go of inner blocks is absolutely key. While you can definitely using health concepts to carry you forward and invoke more flow, letting go takes just moments to do. A coach is definitely useful for aiding in the process and mapping out where you might want to focus but you can do it by yourself. Check out The Chocolate Emotional Detox for a quick guide.

By letting go, you become more acquainted with the intangible essence of life and you may find BURSTS OF CREATIVITY carrying you through the completion of a goal. Effortlessness is on the other side of perceived difficulty. It's only a matter of locating the block and deleting it. Then a person's natural talents can truly shine through.

Rather than wasting valuable time distracting yourself from a challenge, you can work on your inner experience and reap the rewards of extra ability to problem solve.

Body Electricity And Fruit

1/18/2016

Raw plant foods provide the body with vibrant electrical energy, which supports our entire being.  Additionally, they provides enzymes (catalysts) and various other components that may be lost in cooked foods.  Interestingly, one type of raw food more than others supports the brain and nervous system profoundly: Fruit.  This amazing category of food has the highest amount of electrical energy according to Dr. Robert Morse ND, who has had years of experience helping people with neurological and nervous system issues.  It is also the easiest and fastest to digest, saving more energy for healing and repair.

Fruit is also the most detoxifying food available.  It moves lymph fluid (sewer system of the body) out of stagnation, which allows for cleaning and healing at a deep level.  These 3 qualities mentioned (high amounts of electrical energy to bring greater healing potential and activation to the brain and nerves, ease and speed of digestion, and cleansing power) are why we promote the use of fruit as a predominant area of diet for those looking to improve their health.

Raw vegetables are amazing as well, especially when easily digested (juiced, blended, or chewed well) and provide electrical energy and alkalinity to the body, yet they are less activating and cleansing to the lymphatic system than fruits.  Therefore, for those who require a little more power, we will work you up to a high amount of fruit as we consult with you over time.

Take a look at our ABOUT page and Diet Options page (under the About Page) for more information about the diet style that we promote.
